Welcome to Allosens. By accessing or using our stock sentiment analysis service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Allosens, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Allosens provides educational market commentary and sentiment analysis delivered via daily email reports. Our service includes:

• Daily pre-market sentiment analysis reports (delivered 60-90 minutes before market opens on trading days)
• Analysis of institutional vs retail sentiment divergence using our proprietary 124-emotion detection algorithm
• Educational case studies demonstrating how sentiment analysis could be applied to trading
• Performance tracking of previously discussed educational examples

IMPORTANT: Allosens provides educational market commentary, NOT investment advice or personalized recommendations. All "signals," "picks," and "strategies" discussed in our reports are educational examples demonstrating our methodology, not directives to trade.

3. Not Investment Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Allosens is NOT a registered investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities regulator
• We do NOT provide personalized investment advice based on your individual financial situation
• Our reports are educational market commentary for informational purposes only
• All trading decisions and their consequences are solely your responsibility
• You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• Most retail traders lose money
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Short selling (discussed in our educational examples) involves unlimited loss potential
• Leverage and margin trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment
• Market conditions change and strategies that worked previously may not work in the future
• Our algorithm and methodology may contain errors or may become less effective over time
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose

5. Subscription and Pricing

Allosens operates on a tiered subscription model with a 2,500 member capacity limit:

• Founding Tier (First 500 members): $349/year or $35/month
• Tier 2 (Members 501-1,500): $449/year or $45/month
• Tier 3 (Members 1,501-2,500): $549/year or $55/month
• Waitlist (After 2,500 members): $699/year or $70/month (access only when spots become available from churn)

Your subscription rate locks at signup and never increases, even as we move to higher pricing tiers. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscribers at any time.

6. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial period:

• No credit card is required to start your trial
• You will receive reports for 3 trading days
• You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge
• If you do not subscribe before the trial expires, your access will automatically terminate

7. Billing and Cancellation

Billing:

• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year
• Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Cancellation and Refunds:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase only
• After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable

8. Member Capacity Limit

We limit total membership to 2,500 subscribers to preserve algorithmic effectiveness. We reserve the right to:

• Close subscriptions once capacity is reached
• Maintain a waitlist for access when spots become available
• Adjust the capacity limit based on market conditions and liquidity analysis

This capacity limit is based on our analysis of market impact and may be modified at our discretion.

9. User Accounts

To use Allosens, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your email address is current and accessible (reports are delivered via email)

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or reports with non-subscribers
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly post our proprietary reports or analysis
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

11. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal personal information (email address, payment information) necessary to provide our service. We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Require access to your brokerage accounts
• Track your trading activity
• Have custody of your funds or securities

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Allosens, including but not limited to reports, analysis, algorithms, and methodologies, is proprietary and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. No Guarantees or Warranties

Allosens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of our sentiment analysis or educational examples
• Profitability of any strategies discussed
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our reports will be delivered at any specific time
• That our methodology will continue to be effective

Performance shown in our reports (including win rates, returns, and historical results) represents past performance only and does not guarantee future results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Allosens and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses you incur
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for market losses, missed opportunities, or trading errors

You use our service entirely at your own risk.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allosens and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your trading decisions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

16. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time
• Change our report format, delivery time, or content
• Update our algorithms and methodologies
• Change subscription pricing for new members (existing member rates remain locked)

We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that materially affect the service.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share your account or reports with non-subscribers
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases and you will not receive further reports. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allosens regarding use of our service.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
